I specialize in providing guidance, support, and empowerment to womxn within the LGBTQ+ community. My coaching is focused on issues related to sexual orientation and gender identity, as well as the unique personal, social, and professional challenges that queer individuals face.

Hey there! I'm Sarah, but you can call me Saz. My pronouns are she/they, and I've got a knack for fostering connections and nurturing community vibes. As a life coach with a trauma-informed approach, I dive deep into the realms of love and intimacy, backed by a suite of certifications that span from LGBTQIA relationships to habit formation, and from boosting confidence to mastering emotional intelligence and cognitive strategies. And I'm not stopping there—I'm currently on my path to snagging a counseling degree.

Why do I do this, you ask? Well, as a queer femme who proudly embraced my lesbian identity at 43, I've got this burning desire to guide other LGBTQIA femmes toward their brightest selves. It's all about support without judgment, about cultivating self-love and the courage to be unapologetically you. Together, we'll craft habits and set goals that spark personal evolution and self-assurance.

As a board-certified sexologist, I am dedicated to the sexual wellness and promotion of healthy self-pleasure of queer womxn. My mission is to provide a safe, inclusive, and vibrant space where you can discover and embrace your desires without judgment.
