Confidence Coaching


Confidence. What is confidence? I believe “confidence” is an action. It is portraying yourself in your most authentic way without the worries of what others may or may not think. You are the one that dedicates your self-worth. You are the one that controls the level of confidence you have in yourself.

To strengthen your confidence, you must give yourself opportunities to do so, which requires you to step out of your comfort zone. Growth occurs in areas of discomfort. Although you may experience internal fear and insecurity, it is during these moments of discomfort that you can take the steps to embrace your more confident self.

Confidence is not a static state of being; it is an ever-changing process. It takes time, patience, and practice to develop this skill. Once you are able to see yourself as someone who is worthy of love, acceptance, and respect—no matter what stage you are currently at in your journey—it becomes easier to make positive changes in your life. It can be hard to make this a habit, but you do not have to go through this process alone.
