Happy April Everyone! It's getting warmer, the days are getting longer, the birds are chirping-the flowers are starting to bloom. And for many of us, relationships could also be blooming...
For the month of April, the topic we will be discussing is Long-Distance Relationships.
What is a Long-Distance Relationship?
So we all are on the same page, a long-distance relationship is when two (or more) individuals have a romantic/intimate connection together while there is a geographical distance between them, which makes it difficult for them to see each other in person. Whether it's across the state or across the world, long-distance relationships present their own unique challenges.

Is it worth it?
Some may say that Long Distance Relationships are not worth it, but for that certain individual, it is sooo worth it. Trust me on that one 😊 Now, I am not saying that LDRs (Long-Distance Relationships) are easy, they are hard as hell and not for everyone. But with the right partner and lots of work (on BOTH parties) in planning, communication, establishing expectations, etc it's possible. With effort, LDRs can work.

April's Itinerary
Long Distance Relationships can be a very dense subject which is why we will be talking about it for the whole month. In April each blog post will touch upon a topic that relates to Long Distance Relationships.
In this week's blog, we have already acknowledged the general complexity of LDRs and discussed reasons why some may or may not want to enter one.
Next Week's Blog will discuss Communication (effective methods) within the sphere of a long-distance relationship
Third Week’s Blog will discuss Intimacy Confidence as it related to long-distance relationships
In the last week of April, the blog will be about Self Intimacy and confidence within the LDR sphere.
With Love and a lot of perseverance, you can make it work. Your Long-Distance relationship can be successful.
