Let me introduce myself, I am Sarah (Saz) Freburg-Carrasco, ABS {she/they}.I  have a huge passion for helping others, creating connection and community. I am a certified trauma-informed Life, Love, and Intimacy Coach with additional certifications in LGBTQIA Relationships, Habit Building, Goal Setting, Confidence Building, Emotional Intelligence, and Cognitive Behavioral Techniques. Currently, I am furthering my education by working towards attaining my counseling degree.

I decided to start the Queer Life Coach because as a queer femme myself who came out as lesbian at the age of 43, I want to help other women (LGBTQIA Femmes) reach their full potential. To coach and give them the support and guidance for them to accept and embrace themselves fully without guilt or shame. So, they can build confidence in themselves and set habits and goals for their own personal growth. That they have support to come out and embrace their authentic selves.

 

My goal is to coach with understanding and relatability along with my own vulnerability in sharing my journey so they can go on and have meaningful healthy relationships with others and fulfilling lives overall. It has been a passion of mine for so long to help people explore themselves for prosperity and happiness.
